When you sit down in a bar stool and can actually drink stuff from all over the world, then that's a pub you gotta love. A pub full of jazz and spirits - in the most exciting sense of that word. We just finished a brand image and advertising campaign for this place, and it feels like we could keep going forever. We decided to name it "Drink the World Here", which appeals both to savvy beer drinkers and energetic Generation Ys who think the world is at their feet. Here, at least, it is.
The strategy tries to bring Embassy Pub to the top-of-mind of its customers, both loyal and casual. We implemented a CRM system to begin exploring consumer demographics and tastes, as well as a loyalty program called Embassy Passports. A new promotion will be launched every month and table talkers will jazz up conversations by showing exciting discounts available to visitors.
